The latest Synacor portal upgrade. Knology, a long-time client just moved over to our Gen 2 portal design last night. My team was involved in promotional elements, such as the page overlay, portal tour, and much more. I wrote all of the copy for these tactics, and managed the creative process surrounding them. 2 down, like 40 to go.
